The crew that came out was friendly, professional and courteous. The staff at the office stayed in contact via phone and email throughout our estimate, repair and invoice process. Caleb and his team traced the issue, got to the source of it and did the hard work of getting it repaired quickly and as cleanly as possible, and remained positive and friendly the whole time. We contacted Sunshine Plumbing due to needing to replace a 65 year old sewer line. We also had a few other quotes from other companies and Sunshine had the best price for total replacement of pipes and the water line. This team is awesome from the starting appointment to the work that was done at our house for two days. We are very satisfied customers and Sunshine will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

Excellent customer service setting up the appointment. I received a text Harley and Cooper were in route within the time frame (I appreciate!!) and they were knowledgeable and prompt. They explained everything we needed and provided a estimate. They were able to do all the work the same day. Excellent communication and really great guys. We needed a replacement hot water heater, and shopped around with 4 different plumbers. Not only did Sunshine Plumbing come in at the lowest bid, but they were the most knowledgeable and transparent about the work that needed to be done. William and Ryan arrived on the day and time that was scheduled, worked throughout the day, and completed the job as quoted. We decided to add in the permit and inspection to the job, and the inspector stated that the work done was among the best he had seen. William and Ryan were not only absolutely professional but were also extremely nice. I will be using Sunshine Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
